PROPtxt is built for self-service, and very easy to use. In your account panel, the individual features are self-explanatory, and a detailed 'How To Get Started'-guide should answer any questions. However occassionally you may wish to contact us with a support query - very simple. Any user who holds an active PROPtxt account can call us at any time, during the supported hours, for any problem you may experience. All technical support calls are dealt with by our qualified Platform Managers, with all support requests logged on our Customer Center. A ticket reference number is always provided, should future communication be necessary. Unlike many of our competitors, our support is completely UK and Australia based, and inhouse with no remote call centres.
